Claire Whiles Talks Nutrition with Nick Ashron

Claire is a guest on the news series of, “Nick Ashron’s Lightworkers Guide to the Galaxy”, on the channel Edge Media TV. Edge broadcasts on Sky 200 in the UK and shows programmes with an alternative or controversial theme. Claire is a naturopathic nutritionist and presenter of The Light and Energy Channel shows, and talks with Nick about healthy nutrition, it’s relation to spirituality and being a vegetarian.

In the third part of the show makes up a recipe for Nick to try. Claire makes 2 raw foods dishes, one with tofu and fruit and a nuts and seed gateaux.

In the second part of the show Claire is joined by Duncan Smith, the other half of The Light and Energy Channel team to talk about the channel, how it got started and their hopes for the future.
